Support the Neighbourhood House: This Car Rally is designed for participants to have fun as well as to raise money to support Neighbourhood House programs and services.
When is it and where does it start? The Car Rally begins at 9 am at the parking lot of the G & F Financial Group Corporate Office at 7375 Kingsway in Burnaby with registration and a light breakfast. The Rally participants will be briefed about the Rally rules and then each car (or team of cars) will start the route separately at intervals.
How long will it take? Drivers will follow a series of instructions that will provide them with a scenic route that will wind through the Lower Mainland for 2 to 2.5 hours ending with a dinner and presentation of the trophies and awards.
What do you get for participating? Every participant will receive a collector "Burnaby Neighbourhood Car rally" t-shirt and a photograph with their Rally car and will be listed in the follow up thank-you ad on the Burnaby Newsleader.
What do you get for winning?
The sponsor of the entry will receive a Burnaby Neighbourhood Rally
certificate and trophy along with some great gifts. Other trophies will
be awarded for the most fun dressed car, the classiest looking car, the best
financial institution, and the best automotive business.
